Fancy Sapphires

Beautiful beyond the color blue, fancy sapphires have gained a strong popularity among consumers. The color range in the sapphire world goes from a colorless state,  which is pure aluminum oxide AL2O3, resulting in a white sapphire, to shades of yellow, golden, orange, green, blue-green, lavender, violet, purple, pink, pink-orange, orange-pink and sometimes combinations of 2 or even 3 colors present in one single stone.
