Our Policy
We are so confident in our quality and pricing that we back it up with our "unconditional guarantee, no question asked!". In the remote case that you are not satisfied, we will refund your amount minus shipping charges on any loose gem or already-made piece of jewelry within 10 days of receipt.  Important: All returns must be notified to us by phone or email prior sending back, and need to arrived, undamaged and in their original conditions within 10 days period from the date of receipt. 
If you want, we can mail out other choices. If you want your refund, no problems! 
Due to abuse of our return policy, items that will arrive to us after than the 10 days period, will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
Note that the return insured shipping is on you. Please, use the same shipping method, insured for the full value to send back. Important: Gems that were ordered to be set in pendants /rings as per a customer's choice, are not refundable/returnable at any time!
